Next door you'll find their sister venue, Plantation Café, The Orangery which is a unique and Instagram-worthy gift, perfume and homeware store and The Potting Shed, for all your indoor plant and garden fancies.We are looking for a heartfelt and genuine Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee both Harry's and Plantation Café, ensuring a fabulous dining experience across both venues for all guests. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Managing reservations including booking deposits and confirmations and function enquiriesSupervising and working alongside the front of house team ensuring service levels are consistent and sales opportunities are maximisedOverseeing the setup of the venuesStock management including ordering and stock takingTraining and development of both new and existing staffThe successful candidate will be an operationally strong leader with a hands-on management style and a warm and welcoming personality. You'll be passionate about not just customer service but also the Harry's brand and embracing a cohesive team culture.
