We are expanding and opening our long-awaited restaurant space in October 2024.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager and FOH team to ensure that our standards of excellence are not only met but consistently exceeded.As our Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for maintaining the high level of service our guests expect.
You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Your leadership will be crucial in upholding our reputation for quality and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the front-of-house team to provide outstanding service.Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from arrival to departure.Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints swiftly and effectively.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests and staff alike.Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.Knowledge of food and beverage service, health, and safety regulations.Experience with financial management and budgeting is a plus.As a Senior Wait Staff member at Restaurant OGB, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our guests.
You will work closely with our management and culinary teams to ensure that service is seamless, attentive, and exceeds expectations.
Your expertise in hospitality and dedication to quality will be instrumental in maintaining the restaurant's esteemed reputation.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional table service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, valued, and attended to from arrival to departure.Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed descriptions and recommendations to enhance their dining experience.Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring that special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly.Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and timing.Oversee table settings, ensuring that each table is properly set, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any issues or requests promptly and professionally.Collaborate with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Handle payments, including cash and card transactions, with accuracy and integrity.Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and wine pairings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as wait staff in a high-end restaurant or similar role.Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service.Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Professional demeanor with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and excellence.Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling payments.A passion for hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.As a Bartender at Restaurant OGB, you will play a pivotal role in curating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.
Your expertise in crafting cocktails, your deep understanding of wine, and your barista skills will contribute to the elevated service that defines OGB.
You will work alongside our talented team to deliver high-quality drinks and impeccable service in a sophisticated and vibrant setting.Key Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of classic and signature cocktails, ensuring precision, consistency, and creativity in every drink.Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and pairings, demonstrating an understanding of our extensive wine list and the ability to enhance our guests' dining experience.Craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, maintaining attention to detail and consistency, especially with latte art and coffee presentation.Engage with guests to understand their preferences, offering personalized service and making every guest feel welcome and valued.Assist in the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the bar area is clean, safe, and well-maintained.Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and wine selections to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end bar or restaurant.Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine, with the ability to make informed recommendations.Barista training with experience in making specialty coffee drinks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Professional appearance and commitment to reliability and punctuality.Experience with POS systems and bar inventory management.A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
