Restaurant Manager or Multi-site Restaurant Manager (Warkworth and Wellsford)We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager with an eye for detail and a mind for numbers to lead our fantastic team. The role can be based at either one of our Warkworth or Wellsford stores or could be a Multi-site Manager role depending on experience.The role is full time 40+ hours per week between the hours of 6:00 am - 11:30 pm.Work experience/Qualifications Required: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience with at least 1 of those years as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR environment. McDonald's experience is preferred.The key function of the role is leading the team to facilitate quality and compliance in the stores to ensure best operational procedures are being followed and exceptional customer service is met.It's a busy role with scope for growth for the right person. It is key that you have flexibility to work across a range of shifts and you live or can relocate close to the stores.Warkworth is one of the fastest growing regions in the country, so the store needs a great leader at the helm to capitalise on the opportunity for growth and keep operations smooth. Plus, it's a gorgeous location, right by the beach. What more could you want?Key responsibilities include:Leading all quality control and compliance procedures in the store.Championing the annual auditing cycle including all prep and the completion of any action plan tasks.Budget and P&L tracking across key metrics like Sales, GP, Labour and PAC targets.Responsible for championing and driving the store's business goals and key metrics.Training and development of staff.Identifying ways to connect with the wider community to support the McDonald's brand.Effectively implementing national and local promotions to maximise sales building potential.Take actions to facilitate compliance with the McDonald's Workplace and Safety policies and maintain a safe workplace.Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.Lead key shifts with the team to maximise sales.Management of critical admin functions like daily sign offs, rosters, shift cover and being the first point of contact for staff at the store.So if you've got hustle and heart and this sounds like you, get applying!*If you are a current employee of McDonald's, please make sure you reach out to your consultant or Franchisee before you apply.
