Restaurant Manager

Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group are looking for a Restaurant/Social Media Manager who genuinely cares, and who wants to help lead an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

Your duties will include the following:

Recruiting and training quality staff

Managing daily operations of the restaurant and service

Prepare weekly rosters in advance to meet wage cost targets

Cost-effective ordering of beverage and FOH stocks, monthly stock takes, ensure prices are updated regularly

Coordinate and oversee the preparation of the Wine and Beverage lists

Handle reservations and inquiries professionally, and deal with guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner

Cashiering and balancing of the daily takings

Monitor and ensure compliance

Creation and execution of the social media strategy for Wai Hospitality Group

Daily social media communication and communication with customers via digital channels

Planning, creation and analysis of digital ads

Different marketing material creation from digital to print

Analysis of sales data to implement new marketing strategies to boost patronage

A minimum of 3 years experience is required which should include a mix of hospitality and social media management.

A current Managers Certificate is required.

We offer:

$29.66 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience
