Restaurant Manager

This turnkey restaurant is owned by TW Property and we are looking for a dynamic, vibrant and talented Restaurant Manager for an amazing opportunity!
You will play a crucial role in the setup of this fantastic establishment in the hub of Ahuriri. The aim of the Restaurant Manager, once the initial setup is complete, is to keep restaurant operations running smoothly to create an amazing atmosphere for customers who will want to return again and again!
We need you to come in and hit the ground running, as well as:
Developing the new menu
Recruiting and training staff
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Organising schedules, keeping track of employees' hours and recording payroll data
Maximising revenue through innovative sales practices
Excellent, high quality customer service, ensuring positive patron experiences
Skills and Qualifications
Managing a restaurant often means juggling several tasks at once, especially during the busiest parts of the day. Restaurant Managers should have the following qualifications to fulfil the role successfully:
Hold a diploma or postgraduate qualification in Hospitality
Have a First Aid Certificate
Demonstrate the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial reporting
Have excellent oral and written communication abilities
Be highly organised and have the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
Strong financial acumen
Exceptional Customer Service Abilities
Certified in Food Safety Practices
Proficiency in Inventory Management
Experience with Restaurant Management Software
