You will be responsible for ensuring that all Restaurant operations run efficiently.Key responsibilities:Manage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experienceLead and mentor the Restaurant team and actively cultivate a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trustReview, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient deliveryResponsible for Restaurant financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiencyRosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviewsDaily interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operationsAbout you:This is a key position and you will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach. You must be self motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high pressure environment.
