Ensuring high standards of customer services and handling customer complaints onabsence of manager.8.
Training, selecting and supervising staff and establishing the minimum standards for staff.9.
Ensuring to comply with health and safety regulations and personal hygiene.10.
Ensure compliance with ALCOHOL ACT and other safety regulations.
