Operating 7 days a week from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a unique Mediterranean dining experience.Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a busy Restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and inspiring a team to achieve excellence.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and coordinate daily Restaurant operations in alignment with business objectives.Supervise and manage Restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock control effectively.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Restaurant and attract customers.Prepare and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours, including weekends and late nights.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve profitability targets.Evaluate pricing strategies and provide product price recommendations to management based on market trends and customer demand.Requirements:At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a Restaurant, cafe or hospitality management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights.Proficiency in managing budgets and operational costs.A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Pay Rate:$25.00 to $35.00 per hour (based on experience and work ethics).Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a thriving Restaurant environment.Competitive remuneration based on skills and performance.A chance to be part of a successful Mediterranean cuisine brand.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about managing a successful Restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!
