With a capacity for up to 300 guests, Castro's is the perfect venue for functions and group events, offering tailored menus and exceptional service in a dynamic atmosphere.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Castro's Tapas & Bar in the centre of Christchurch. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring, training, and maintaining high standards of food & beverage service. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will communicate effectively with customers and the team to build and uphold Castro's reputation for excellence.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skillsHiring and Staff Management experienceKnowledge of Food & Beverage operationsStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience in the restaurant industry or hospitality sectorDM a bonus, but at least have ability to obtain it.
