Job Description Newly Open Mexican Restaurant We are looking for a confident experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Newly independent Mexican Restaurant at DARFIELD.
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader who can ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience, champion the Superette values and vision, and drive success and engagement in the team.
*You'll have exceptional communication, strong leadership skills, and proven experience driving successful results in the restaurant business.
*This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Saturday (32 hrs), based in DARFIELD (SOUTH ISLAND).
To be successful in this role you will need: · At least 2 years of restaurant management experience is a MUST.
· A minimum bachelor's education in a relevant field is required.
· A natural ability to engage, persuade, and motivate others.
· Excellent relationship management ability, you are a master communicator and an incredible conversationalist.
· Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
· A deep understanding of the NZ hospitality industry is essential.
· Effective stock management and solid administration skills · A mature approach to work and performance · Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results!
· You must have IT literacy to run the Business · Pre-employment drug testing and Criminal checks may requested for successful applicants.

About the Job · The location of the job will be in SOUTH ISLAND, Darfield.
· You will be paid $30 per hour.
· This will be a permanent full-time position with a guarantee of a minimum of 32 hours per week.
