Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a confident, experienced, and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian Restaurant at Christchurch. We are seeking an inspiring leader who can ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations that underpin a seamless customer experience, champion the values and vision, and drive success and engagement in the team. Responsibilities: Run, recruit, and train your team in a positive, cohesive manner. A happy team translates into happy customers. Evaluate customer satisfaction levels of meals and service with a focus on continuous improvement. Develop menu in consultation with Chefs. Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget. Maintain records of inventory and financial transactions. Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance. Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures. Assist other departments wherever necessary.
