As a Restaurant Manager you will of lead a positive, energetic and high performance culture within your restaurant. You will play a key part ensuring your team succeeds and delivers a great customer experience for everyone.

What will you do?
Encourage and motivate your team to reach new levels of success
Connect with customers and provide an amazing experience each visit
Grow sales in your store
Be accountable for the overall performance of the store
Manage costs and be responsible for the P&L for your store
Act with integrity and build a positive team culture
Inspire high levels of performance from those you work with
Be responsible for the health and well-being of your team in the workplace

Do you have what it takes?

To be a successful candidate in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
Management experience of 2 years or more
Proven operational and procedural knowledge
Demonstrated ability to coach team members
