Restaurant Manager

We're a fast-paced Italian food truck/restaurant bringing authentic Italian flavors to life with a small, traditional menu and a curated selection of drinks. We're passionate about quality, creativity, and delivering a warm dining experience, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our growing team. Our opening hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 pm till late, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm and 5 pm till late.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of customer satisfaction.Manage staff schedules, coordinate training, and support team members to maintain efficient operations.Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.Serve as a key point of contact for staff and customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate of $30-$35 based on experience.Opportunity to grow with a passionate team in a unique environment.Flexible hours and a positive work atmosphere.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.A passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality customer service.Valid Duty Manager's Certificate is a plus.Note: Sponsorship is not available for this position.If you're excited about Italian food and looking to be part of a dynamic team, apply today!
