Our client's restaurants embody the Italian traditions of food, friendship and hospitality, and is equally famous for its quirky décor and upbeat atmosphere.To deliver a superior dining experience to all guests, the Kitchen Manager contributes to the success of the business through the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. The Kitchen Manager's responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales, cost controls, and profit objectives, maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation by assisting in the direction and supervising of managers and family members.RequirementsIdeal candidate will have the following:2 years high volume BOH management experience in a full-service restaurantAbility to motivate staff to excel in high-volume, time sensitive environmentAbility to consistently deliver high quality foodUnderstanding of budgeting and BOH operationsPassion for developing and mentoring a teamSalary Range & Benefits$55,000 – $70,000/yr. based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance
