SkyCity's Fortuna Restaurant is a buffet style restaurant that is proud of its extensive seafood selection, champagne ham, a fantastic range of fresh salads, vegetarian dishes and of course a variety of tasty desserts. It is a great place for friends and family gatherings and celebrations.
The team at Fortuna is looking for a Host Cashier to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will manage table turnover, bookings and inquiries and create memorable and lasting impressions for our customers.
A bit about you:
To be fantastic in this role you will:
Have a positive and friendly attitude
Have some experience in a restaurant environment and at least 1 year experience in a host role
Display flexibility and willingness to wow our diners
Ideally, you will have good working knowledge of reservations systems
