Off The Track Restaurant has reopened in July 2024 after a devastating fire. We have the whole restaurant rebuilt with brand new kitchen equipment and all the mod cons. Job Description Supervising and leading the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure efficient performance and excellent customer service. Customer Service : Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Health and Safety Compliance : Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. Addressing any safety concerns or incidents promptly and appropriately. Training and Development : Training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and standards. Providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff performance and career growth. Problem Solving : Resolving issues that arise during the shift, such as customer complaints, staff conflicts, or equipment malfunctions. Making quick decisions to address emergencies or unforeseen situations. Communication : Maintaining clear and effective communication with the restaurant management team, staff members, and customers. Updating staff on changes in policies, procedures, or menu items. Experience and Skills: Experience in a duty manager's role in hospitality.
