Key responsibilities:Manage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experienceLead and mentor the Restaurant team and create help shape a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trustReview, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency delivery of the highest standards of serviceHandling any guest queries that come through including bookings, special requests etcResponsible for financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiencyManagement of the team, including payroll, rosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviewsTo liaise with the other departments in the hotel on a daily basis to ensure smooth operationsCreate a refined and enticing dining offering that can be delivered efficientlyAbout youThis is a key position and the successful candidate will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach.
The right applicant must be self motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high pressure environment.
