Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management from a reputable institutionValid New Zealand Duty Manager's certificateHave a sound understanding of South-East Asian culture / cuisine.At least 3 years of relevant leadership experience within the hospitality industryAt least 3 years of relevant experience in cocktail menu creation / developmentAt least 2 years of experience as successful Bar and / or Restaurant ManagerThis is a full time permanent position.
