Your leadership and uncompromising commitment to standards will drive the team to deliver exceptional services and create memorable Fable experiences for our guests.This role will enable you to elevate your Food & Beverage career within a 5-star hotel environment.Responsibilities include:Working closely with the Kitchen team to ensure cohesion of serviceAssisting with transforming the hotel's restaurant and bar into a culinary destinationPreparing and planning for functions and shiftsRoster planning and cost controlBe responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B staffHandling guest complaints efficiently & effectivelyAccurate billing and cash-up proceduresEnsuring the health and safety of guests and teamWorking with the team to improve standards and proceduresDeveloping and implementing formal training plans for all Restaurant and Bar-related activitiesSupervising and coordinating pricing and preparation of beverage menu, wine lists, and food menus with the Head ChefRole requirements:Minimum 2-3 years' experience and success in an F&B supervisory position, preferably in a hotel environmentExcellent command of both verbal and written EnglishStrong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and inventory controlExperience in financial management, including budgeting and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and motivate the teamPunctual, organised, and trustworthySound knowledge of POS systemsFlexibility to work rostered shifts full-time including weekends, public holidays, early shifts, and night shiftsCurrent eligibility to work in NZWhat we offer at CPG Hotels:Paid Birthday OffEndless career and growth opportunitiesFantastic rewards and recognition initiativesFree access to hundreds of online Hospitality coursesA variety of amazing corporate discountsSound like a good fit?
