About The Role - Te mahi Exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager at Hiku Kaikoura, a brand new stylish waterfront restaurant, bar and conference facility.
We are looking for someone with energy, drive and personality to lead and inspire the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a hands on leadership role that requires the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst leading a busy food and beverage team to ensure the restaurant delivers great customer dining experiences.
You will run a well organized service team, and be fully conversant with Sale of Liquor responsibilities.
We appreciate and value every one of our team members, and the person in this position will demonstrate true leadership skills by encouraging and supporting the team in day to day operation.
You will have a good understanding of budgets, P&Ls and managing financials.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa Management and leadership of the food & beverage service outlets – including the restaurant, bar and conference.
