Restaurant 2Ic / Duty Managers

We are looking for natural leaders to inspire & motivate  our exceptional team. You will managing the shift and co-ordinating our front of house operations. We believe in 'manaakitanga', hosptiality that cares about you and our guests. What you need;  - proven leadership, ideally with 3 years experience or level 4 qualification -            Run special functions -            Maintain records of financial transactions, cashup and FOH stock levels. -            Ensure the restaurant is clean, compliant & ready for service -            Lead, motivate, train and develop the team -            Current managers license or the ability to obtain one -            Understanding of the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2022 -            This is a 30+ hour week, willing & able to work on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays -            Excellent English, Te Reo is an advantage Want to inspire & motivate our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences every time?
