The Recruitment Network is looking for reliable and experienced chefs or cooks to prepare high-quality meals for our aged care clients. You'll create fresh meals daily, including morning and afternoon teas, and lunch for the residents. Multitasking, a friendly disposition, and good communication skills are essential for interacting with rest home staff and residents.Job Details:Rostered shifts between 22nd December till 2nd January.9am till 5.30pm with Fridays Off.Pay Rate: $35 per hour plus 8% holiday pay, $52.50 on all Public Holidays.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals with precision.Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards.Manage time effectively.Communicate well with the team.Requirements:Proven experience as a cook or chef in a rest home, particularly in bulk cooking environments.Proficiency in baking and preparing textured foods.Ability to work unsupervised as well as supervise kitchen staff.Understanding of dietary requirements and food control regulations.A passion for food and a flexible, can-do attitude.How to Apply:Call 021616821 or APPLY Now!Join us and bring joy to our residents with your culinary talents!
