Blind and Low Vision Education Network NZ (BLENNZ) Auckland Resource Teachers Vision (RTV) – BLENNZ Auckland North (2 positions) Full time, Permanent BLENNZ Auckland North is looking for two dynamic, innovative and experienced teachers with current teacher registration and up-to-date knowledge of the NZ Curriculum to support the education of akonga who are blind, deafblind, and low vision from birth to 21 years.
The successful applicants will have good interpersonal skills, be competent users of technology, and demonstrate an ability to develop excellent working relationships with parents, family/whanau, and educators.
Working successfully as part of a team is a key component of these itinerant positions.
Experience in vision education is desirable, but not essential.
