Blind and Low Vision Education Network NZ (BLENNZ) - Auckland Resource Teacher Vision (RTV) – BLENNZ Auckland South Full time, Permanent BLENNZ Auckland South is looking for a dynamic, innovative and experienced teacher with current teacher registration and up-to-date knowledge of the NZ Curriculum to support the education of akonga who are blind, deafblind, and low vision from birth to 21 years.
The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, be a competent user of technology, and demonstrate an ability to develop excellent working relationships with parents, family/whanau, and educators.
Working successfully as part of a team is a key component of this itinerant position.
Experience in vision education is desirable, but not essential.
