Mo te tunga About the roleYou will play a key role as you spearhead the oversight, coordination and management of our Information Domain Projects. You'll drive the progress of these projects and ensure that we have the right people working on the right projects, in line with our key objectives. Key responsibilities include : Maintaining a strategic view and ensuring the successful implementation of these projects. Working closely with our Information Domain leaders to understand organisational objectives and priorities; keep them informed of progress. Establishing trusted relationships with our stakeholders including our Project Leads, Programme and Project Managers, Ministry of Defence, and other government departments. Gathering and analysing performance data and creating written reports. Facilitating governance and compliance activities, while adhering to deadlines and deliverables. Providing input into the continuous improvement of our processes.This is an excellent role to start your career with Defence. You will be part of the Capability Branch team, responsible for defining and delivering New Zealand's future information warfare capabilities. This role is based in Wellington CBD. Once you've undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option of working from home 2 days per week.
