The ideal candidate will have interest, skills, and experience in all the following areas, but we are open to applications from candidates who have strengths in most of the following:IT supportMarketingMarkingExecutive supportThe education resource development component of the job involves producing new teaching and learning resources and/or reviewing and modifying existing resources for all Fruition's education programmes. These resources will include digital resources for our Moodle site, hard copy resources, and a range of other resources to meet the needs of learners and tutors.The IT support work will be working with our IT Manager to support the delivery of our education programmes. This could include assisting with the maintenance of the Moodle site used for delivery of online programmes, managing the setup and ongoing maintenance of devices used by learners and tutors, assisting with managing and updating the Fruition website, updating IT documentation, and facilitating training for tutors in various aspects of IT.The marketing work will include working with our external provider to manage the social media for all Fruition's education programmes, and produce marketing content such as brochures, newsletters, posters, adverts, feature articles, and the Fruition prospectus.The marking aspect of the job involves working with other tutors and markers to mark course work for some of our education programmes.The role also includes a component of executive support which involves assisting Fruition consultants and education staff with producing reports, presentations, and other resources, and includes other support tasks such as follow-up interviews with our learners after they finish a course.The position is advertised as a full-time role, but we are open to considering part-time work for the right candidate.If you have a passion for education and working in the horticulture sector, please apply with a copy of your CV and a cover letter.
