The Role Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives?
We are seeking a dedicated Resource Coordinator to join our team and ensure our support workers are effectively scheduled to provide exceptional care.
This is a full time position based in our head office in Whangarei.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain effective rosters for support workers, ensuring adequate coverage for client needs Respond to last-minute staffing changes and emergencies with agility and resourcefulness Work closely with Clinical Service Coordinators in various tasks to ensure client needs are met Assist with the recruitment of new support workers Have regular open communication with support workers and carry out performance appraisals Skills and Qualifications Experience in resource coordination or scheduling, preferably within a support or healthcare environment Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment If this sounds like you please apply now with your CV and a cover letter outlining why you feel you would be suitable.
