Our company purpose is "Creating Great Places" and that is what we strive to achieve – for our clients, our communities, and our environment.The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic planner or highly skilled project manager to lead the planning services provided from our Whangarei office. If you are skilled in land development and want to progress your planning career up to a senior level in a consultancy that is truly focused on better land development solutions this is the job for you.Our Northland offices are in Whangarei Town Centre. From there you will be our lead planner in project managing planning inputs for some of Northland's most significant projects. The position covers a range of resource consents work, with a particular focus on residential land development and medium density-built development of all scales. Depending on your interests and skills there is also the opportunity to be involved in planning policy and plan change projects and giving evidence at hearings.About YouYou will need to be a great communicator and you will have a high level of analytical and report writing skills.
