Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
We have an exciting opportunity in our Operations Team working across our Traffic Management, Road Marking & Road Services departments. This is a fast-paced and high-demand role, where you will be responsible for the leadership and organization of staff and sub-contractors, along with promoting a positive relationship with our clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
Professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
This is a 40-hour a week, Permanent position, based in our Gate Pa office.
Key attributes of the successful applicant are:
Have full comprehension of CoPTTM/NZGTTM
Experience in customer liaison to provide positive customer interactions
A can-do attitude with the ability to be a self-starter and problem-solver
Able to plan, prioritize & multi-task while at the same time being agile
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to coach and teach crew members
Excellent geographical knowledge
Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements relating to regulatory and industry standards
