Residential Project Manager / Operations Manager $105,000 – $110,000 per year plus vehicle Our client is an established residential construction company specialising in new-builds and Earthquake repair work, who needs an experienced Project Manager, ideally with Operations experience, to join their business in central Christchurch.
They are a local award-winning business, with a team of around 20 employees, who pride themselves on delivering quality for their clients.
In this role, you will be leading a strong team of Project Managers and Foreman, using your experience to plan projects, forecast, coordinate jobs, deal with clients and report to the directors.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious and thinks outside the box.
It is a varied role where no two days are the same.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience delivering residential projects as a Project Manager Experience in an Operations role is advantageous LBP advantageous Experience leading crews of carpenters and tradesmen on site Strong technical building knowledge Experience in renovations / Earthquake repairs advantageous Excellent communication and organisation skills Experience in managing crews of guys and meeting daily and weekly targets Comfortable dealing with subcontractors, clients and internal QS and management team #J-18808-Ljbffr
