Residential Portfolio Development and Property ManagerUse your property development skills, your relationships with Real Estate Agents, and your property management skills in this exciting role with an established property group.This is a key role in our organisation that purchases, refurbishes, and sells residential property. You will take over the management of the disposal of existing property assets, source new stock where we can add value, complete works, and then manage their disposal.We focus on short-term development projects, so your projects will typically be adding value via refurbishment or related property improvements. We focus on apartments or smaller residential properties which are typically close to or in Auckland's CBD.
