Use your leadership and organisational skills to make a difference to the lives of our residents.You need to be a confident Manager who can lead by example, guiding and supporting staff to deliver and embrace Hawksbury's values.
Your willingness to work alongside your team being hands-on with personal care and household tasks is essential and a significant part of your role, as are your skills and knowledge in enriching our resident's holistic health and wellbeing.To complement these skills, you will have experience in a leadership role.
Nursing experience is preferred but not essentialAs the Manager you will promote Enabling Good Lives principles ensuring that residents are supported to fully participate in their choices and goals.Leading and managing a staff team.FinancesRostersLiaising with family/whanau and external providers to maximise independence while ensuring you meet the needs of residents which is also an important aspect of this role.It is important to note that with this role you may work between morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday this is to enable you to provide support to all members of your team.
This role requires the Manager to work alongside staff with hands on shifts as well as varying administration hours.In addition, this role provides:Health Insurance paid by HawksburyProfessional supervision provided by an external supervisorContinued Learning and DevelopmentBeing part of a fun, dynamic work environment with a great team
