Use your leadership and organisational skills to make a difference to the lives of our residents.You need to be a confident Manager who can lead by example, guiding and supporting staff to deliver and embrace Hawksbury's values.
Your willingness to work alongside your team being hands-on with personal care and household tasks is essential and a significant part of your role, as are your skills and knowledge in enriching our resident's holistic health and wellbeing.As the Manager, you will promote Enabling Good Lives principles ensuring that residents are supported to fully participate in their choices and goals.Leading and managing a staff team.Managing finances.Creating rosters.Liaising with whanau and external providers to maximise independence while ensuring you meet the needs of residents.It is important to note that with this role you may work between morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday to enable you to provide support to all members of your team.
