About Us: The Pacifica is a luxury private residential community providing an unparalleled living experience for our residents. Nestled in the heart of Auckland, the  state-of-the-art facilities and top-notch services define the epitome of modern urban living. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Resident Services Team.
Position Overview: As a Resident Services Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our luxury apartment community working on a roster, primarily from 2pm to 10:30pm and including some weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will bring an uplifting vibe, 5 star service, possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation. Have a passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our residents.
 Responsibilities: Resident Services: Coordinate maintenance requests, resolving issues promptly, and facilitating effective communication between residents and property management.Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional services to residents, including handling inquiries, reservations, and other requests. Manage the front desk efficiently, greeting residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.Event Coordination: Assist in the delivery and execution resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve resident concerns and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with valet, property management and maintenance teams to coordinate services.Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service delivery, building administration support or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in basic computer applications.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Benefits: A fantastic team cultureProfessional development opportunitiesA range of employee benefits If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive living experience for residents, please submit your resume and cover letter.
