This organisation is a leading New Zealand owned construction company that places a strong focus on providing a supportive, positive and inclusive work culture. They are currently on the lookout for a Resident Services Manager for their high-end apartments based in West Auckland.About the role:This is a full-time permanent role, standard business hours Mon to Fri. Your day will be super busy and filled with juggling multiple tasks.Be the first point of contact for the residentsCreating a community-like feel for the residents with your presence onsite and regular communicationsEnsuring the presentation of the property is of an immaculate standardLiaising with the construction team on defects and warranty items in apartmentsManaging contractors and service providers on site (for example, cleaners, security, window cleaners, landscaping, air conditioning etc.)Ensure quality, safety and compliance targets are metOversee project-based work including fit-outs and refurbishmentsCoordinating with the Facilities Manager on planned maintenance and reactive maintenance activities, including clear documentation of such and seamless operationsAbout you:Previous customer service, property, facilities or customer service focused experienceHighly customer focused & great interpersonal skillsA genuine can-do attitude and practical approachStrong and proactive communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracyTechnically savvy with intermediate to advanced Office Suite skillsIn return:Competitive salaryCareer progression and developmentSupportive management stylePositive work culture of high performance and respectOpportunity to be a part of a growing family-owned and operated New Zealand businessWhat's next?If this sparks your interest and you believe you have the required skills and experience for this role click the APPLY button now.
