Resident Maintenance Technician

Lowie are looking for an experienced Resident Maintenance Technician to join our client in Penrose performing electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Some duties you may be required to do:

Plan and carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance
Inspect, repair, and replace components
Complete internal and external reports
Conduct daily system audits, including stock management and placing orders
Ensure the workshop and equipment are up to OH&S regulations
Complete breakdown reports, shift logs and issue logs

 
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Full driver's licence
Electrical/mechanical trade qualification with relevant experience
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
Time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Ability to learn new systems and follow processes
A full electrical certification, programmable logic controls knowledge and automated equipment experience is highly desirable
