Our lovely residence in the Central City needs a new Residence Assistant Superstar to look after our 36 international students.
Accommodation provided as remuneration for the role!
Your day to day:Bring a sense of community in the ResidenceWeekly maintenance and cleaning checksFacilitate weekly check-outs and check-ins of students including residence orientationOrganise 1 onsite social event a weekSet routine availability hours for studentsAssist students with issuesEnforce community residence's rulesReport maintenance and disciplinary issues to EF Accommodation managerMeet with Accommodation team at the school twice a monthOffering students cultural and emotional support as neededYou are:Positive and dynamicFlexible approach to hoursFriendly and approachable, yet able to be firm when it comes to enforcing community rulesCapacity to work unsupervised and as part of a teamUnderstanding of the needs of international students living away from homeExcellent command of EnglishThis role would suit a student as accommodation is provided, live-in style for the role.If you are interested, please apply below!
