We're looking for a Reservations Manager to join our team. Your day to day Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department and execute operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets. As Reservations Manager, you will: Manage the daily operations of reservations Actively contribute to yield management, inventory management and revenue generation Provide current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and the external market with which the hotel operates. Lead, coach and support the team that looks after all FIT reservations and group enquiries What we need from you Two years experience in Hotel Reservations with at least 6 months supervisory experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm to work as a team to provide a high level of service to all guests Comprehension of hotel Property Management Systems and revenue management principles Strategic and tactical thinker – ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
