As Reservations Manager, you will:Manage the daily operations of reservationsActively contribute to yield management, inventory management and revenue generationProvide current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and the external market with which the hotel operates.Lead, coach and support the team that looks after all FIT reservations and group enquiriesWhat we need from youTwo years experience in Hotel Reservations with at least 6 months supervisory experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with enthusiasmto work as a team to provide a high level of service to all guestsComprehension of hotel Property Management Systems and revenue management principlesStrategic and tactical thinker – ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.Tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration or similar.What you can expect from usWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
