What will I be doing?
As a Reservations Consultant at Coquet Cottages, you'll be a key member of our team, helping us provide exceptional service to both our holiday guests and property owners.
You'll manage booking enquiries, handle guest and owner requests, and support a variety of administrative and project-based tasks, ensuring our reputation for quality service and impeccable accommodation is maintained.As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:Promptly processing booking enquiries and reservations via telephone and email.Proactively identifying and following up booking opportunities.Liaising with property owners to handle requests and queries from guests.Coordinating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Providing high levels of customer service to guests and property owners.Visiting holiday properties to carry out quality checks, deliver welcome hampers, and perform minor cleaning tasks if needed.Maintaining accurate customer and client records with high attention to detail.What are we looking for?We know that the perfect candidate who ticks every box doesn't exist, so if you're excited by the role and can do most of the below, please get in touch – you could be exactly what we need!Ideally, we're looking for:Impeccable communication and organisational skills.Friendly, confident, and well-presented with a professional written and telephone manner.Extremely well-organised with high attention to detail.Confidence in building relationships with housekeepers, owners, and tradespeople.Highly competent in the use of PC systems and generally 'tech-savvy.
