Because it's with Hilton where we never forget the reason we're here: to delight our guests, Team Members, and owners alike.As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for accurately recording and processing reservations, as well as maximizing room sales through proactive selling and up-selling techniques.What will I be doing?Handle daily reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate information for arrivals and communication with relevant departments.Familiarize yourself with hotel products and activities, and maximize room sales and revenue through up-selling.Maintain and update guest information and sales data, uphold high guest service standards, and ensure all information input is correct.Manage Group Tour (GT) bookings and ensure all commissions are correct and promptly followed up.Maintain a proactive sales attitude to ensure no sales opportunities are missed.File rejected business with reasons, maintain accurate and updated correspondence, and comply with hotel credit policies and revenue forecasts.Perform secretarial tasks such as preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and managing emails.Support team members' needs and workloads, maintain clean and tidy work areas, and ensure all team members understand and adhere to hotel rules and regulations.Comply with all company policies, systems, procedures, and brand standards.Perform other reasonable duties as assigned, with management reserving the right to change the job description without notice.What are we looking for?A Reservations Agent serving Hilton Brands works on behalf of our Guests and collaborates with other Team Members.
