The Reservations Agent role This is a great opportunity for someone with hotel or travel reservations experience to join our fast-paced evolving team. As a member of the Reservations team, you'll be responsible for handling all reservations for our 4.5- and 5-star hotels, restaurant bookings, and handling general queries about SkyCity NZ and Adelaide.
The Reservations team operate on a 24/7 rostered basis and as such we are looking for someone with flexibility who can work across various shifts, which also include night shifts.
Responsibilities: Handle all reservations for our hotels and restaurants.
Respond to general queries about SkyCity NZ and Adelaide.
Provide exceptional customer service with a first-class telephone manner.
Requirements: Previous experience in a hotel/Reservations or sales environment is essential.
Knowledge of OPERA PMS system required.
Superb communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team.
Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rostered basis.
