We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage hotel reservations and provide exceptional service to our guests.Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionallyProcess bookings, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel's reservation systemProvide comprehensive information about room types, rates, packages, and resort amenities to potential guestsUpsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenueCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special arrangements are fulfilledMaintain accurate and up-to-date reservation recordsAssist in implementing revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ratesGenerate and distribute daily reservation reportsAddress and resolve guest concerns related to reservationsStay informed about current promotions, events, and changes in hotel policiesParticipate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skillsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience in hotel reservations or similar customer service roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, with a customer-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS Office suite and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to think on your feetFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
