Introducing Tatum Estate - We are about to relaunch to the market the beautifully restored and fully renovated Tatum Estate property in Manukau. This property is simply stunning, it will be the wedding venue of choice for the Wellington region, and we are looking for a Reservations Manager to join our friendly energetic team to help our wonderful clients plan their dream events.
Whether it is answering the phone, or liaising with clients by email, or in person, you will be busy making bookings and handling reservations for our luxe accommodation units, and booking events. Our summer season is already well booked and it's going to be a great season.
Points to Note:
Must be Tech savvy, ideally with knowledge of booking software RMS.
Will manage our booking channels, e.g., Booking.com.
Liaison with clients and responding to enquiries.
Will manage large group bookings.
Will manage check-in and check-out of accommodation clients.
Assist with day-to-day running of accommodation business.
Reporting to the Manager of Tatum Estate.
We anticipate this role being an 8am to 5pm day, with an hour for lunch. The normal working week is Wednesday to Sunday, (with every 4th weekend off).
Work cell phone and laptop provided.
A small accommodation unit potentially available/negotiable.
