Te Tima | The Team: The Research Services Team within the Parliamentary Corporate Services Group plays a key role in supporting Members of Parliament, parliamentary staff, and the public with trusted and impartial research, information, and analysis. Our mission is to ensure that Parliament has the accurate and timely information it needs to make informed decisions.

Mo te Tunga | About the Role: As a Researcher | Kairangahau, you will provide high-quality, relevant, and timely research and information across a broad range of topics, helping to inform parliamentary decisions and processes. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high quality research, analysis and information that meets the needs of our customers.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Researching and answering a wide range of research requests, contributing to complex and in-depth queries as required.Providing written briefings and data-driven reports for Members of Parliament, select committees, and other parliamentary agencies.Communicating research findings clearly and effectively, ensuring they are accessible and well-presented.Contributing to a strong customer service ethos by working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.Developing and maintaining your knowledge in relevant subject areas and contributing to the continuous improvement of the library and research services.Supporting outreach and engagement activities to promote research services and resources within Parliament.To Kete | What You Will Bring to the Role The ideal candidate will have:
