Researcher Education and Development Coordinator (Fixed term) - AUT EMPLOYEES ONLYThe Graduate Research School is seeking a candidate experienced in research and research support to conduct fixed-term project work relating to doctoral student support.
The successful candidate will have completed their own research qualification and will have a sound understanding of the postgraduate research landscape in New Zealand.
They will possess a strong knowledge of research processes and skills, particularly in relation to research impact and career planning.
Advanced communication skills and a commitment to honouring Te Tiriti are essential; an understanding of learning design is an advantage.
This position will be responsible for:
Co-designing and coordinating a doctoral student support programmeWorking with subject matter experts to create learning opportunities and resourcesProactively promoting the programme to prospective participantsLiaising with programme participants and answering enquiriesCoordinating registrations and record-keepingFacilitating feedback and reportingThis position presents an opportunity to uplift AUT's doctoral researchers and contribute to a lively research culture.
Salary Range: $73,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
