Research Management Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Research Management Assistant with strong attention to detail and a high level of computer literacy to join our team in supporting funding applications and project administration. This is a fixed term role from November 2024 to late February/early March 2025 when it is expected the funding applications have been completed. The exact dates of this fixed term assignment will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
You will help coordinate and assist with external and internal funding application processes as well as provide administrative support with projects including providing timely reports, invoicing, financial monitoring and archiving.
Salary will be in the range of $56,737 to $68,633 per year pro rata, based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a part-time role (10 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus. These hours could be arranged to accommodate contemporaneous senior undergraduate or postgraduate study.
