About the Role At Repco, we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store.
As a Retail Assistant, your key focus is to ensure this, from helping customers find the right product, processing sales at the till, to ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked and the store maintains its high standard of presentation.
Skills & Experience We need someone who enjoys dealing with people, and ideally you would have worked within a retail or customer service environment.
An interest in automotive is a plus!
You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers.
Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complemented by your team-focused and 'can do' attitude.
