We are currently on the lookout for a Rental Yard Operations Manager to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will come from a mechanical / earthmoving equipment background or have previous rental / customer service experience. Previous experience running a team is also desirable.
We're prepared to pay top rates aligned with the skills and value you bring to the team.
You'll be responsible for: Communicating to yard team a prioritised daily plan to fulfil bookings
Being the first point of contact in the yard, assisting with equipment pick ups and drop offs, ensuring every customer's visit is a positive experience
Record keeping and data entry
Overseeing the washbay operations and assisting when required
Maintaining a tidy yard
Effectively communicate with office and yard staff to ensure smooth operations
Minor repairs of equipment & compliance such as WOF/Rego/RUC's etc.
Delivery & pickup of smaller equipment to & from sites at times (using ute/small truck)

Hold a full driver's licence
A class 2 and Forklift licence would be helpful; however, we can help you obtain these.
This is a full time permanent position. Minimum hours will be 6.30am-5pm Monday to Friday, however this job can sometimes require work outside of these hours.
