We have an opportunity for a seasoned roading expert with a project management background, ideally in maintenance, to join our team as a Renewals Manager.About The RoleReporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of our area wide pavement treatments (AWPT), reseal renewals, asphalt paving, drainage and line marking. This role requires someone with a project management skillset who excels at planning and coordinating, as well as managing key client relationships with NZTA as well as external consultants.Collaborating with Higgins and the Client's design teams to ensure solutions meet contract specificationsSupporting our operational teams to deliver work that meets contract requirementsMaintaining thorough documentation and reporting processesMonitoring project progress using the latest technologiesManaging risk and quality processes and proceduresOverseeing all variation works, identifying risks and opportunitiesWhat You'll Bring To The RoleA degree or NZCE in Civil Engineering or equivalent (beneficial)Proven experience in roading delivering projects or contract managementUnderstanding of the technical, contractual, and financial aspects of maintenance contracts.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and CRM systems.Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks issues simultaneously.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.A commitment to the highest standards of health and safety.About UsHiggins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
